First Saturday Support Group REMINDER

Wow, the summer is almost gone, cooler weather forecast and I am thinking about September support....because of the Labor Day holiday, First Saturday Support of Union County will meet on the 2nd Saturday, 9/11. Hope to see many old and new losers, pre ops too! We are a warm and friendly group sharing experiences and success stories in a nice casual atmosphere. We are peer to peer, sitting around a table and talking. Many wonderful friendships have been made at our group....a place for bariatric patients to be understood and accepted.
Time: 10:30am
Place: RWJ Fitness Center, 2120 Lambertsmill Rd, Scotch Plains, Conference Room in the back of the gym.
Feel free to bring any samples to share, clothing you no longer need, pre-op photos and your wow moments and challenges!

We have a special presentation planned for 9/11.

I am also bringing along a friend who had surgery in 2009 and hasn't been to any support meetings yet.
