Thursdays Thoughts 07/08/10
Hoping everyone had a fab Fourth! I told myself I would exercise Fri, Sat, Sun AND Mon. Guess what? I did NONE of those days. Too busy partying it up all weekend. Good news is, I didn't gain any weight from all the not-so-good food I munched on. So thats a partial success.
Saw "Grownups". Goofy movie...I liked it, but was kinda shocked Chris Rock had such a meager part and really wasn't that funny.
Today, I leave for Atlantic City for a few days...YIPEEEE. Looking forward to relaxing by a pool, reading a book, and some salty air.
Then Friday is the "big day"...rather, night! Girls Night Out at my place. Those "in the know" are...well, in the know! Should be fun. The rest of the weekend I'm planning on sitting by the pool.

Well I had a great weekend.
Party wise: Saw my sister on Saturday for the first time in a long time. (Maybe we are reconnecting) had a great time at her place. Went to a friends BBQ with her family and other friends. Also had a wonderful time. Monday had a impromptu BBQ with my in laws. They stayed until 9:30pm.
Now lets talk Band Rule's Wise: Saturday I would consider that I followed the band rules. Allowing for just a small taste of cake. Sunday: I would say I was a little worse. Eating 2 pieces of cake and some cookies and chips Monday was good until in laws left then ate the bread I didn't have infront of them w/ butter!!!! And the rest of the Key Lime pie I had and some cheese!!! Tuesday morning I was following the rules until night. I ate way too much. I ate....Cake, candy(I had it in the house for a recipe)Reese's peanut butter cereal 2 cups worth(just ate it out of the box hand full by hand full) and the rest of the swiss cheese.Today I have to get back on track. So far so good...
Maybe today I should find a support meeting to get me back on track.
I was doing so well!!!!.
Now I am back and checking the boards !!
