Go out and enjoy the day. I just finished two hours of baseball practice with my son and now we're heading to the pool. I intend on getting in a bunch of laps in.

Hope everyone had a great day today. Didn't exercise too much today but I did get up and do the Hokey Pokey with my niece and the rest of the kids at the BBQ today. As I always say, "I may not be moving fast or gracefully, but at least I'm moving!" In fact, I'm going to add that as my signature because before the surgery I wouldn't move at all and I think that's a real NSV. :)
