1st & Goal
Wow, I am almost there. Next Wednesday will be my 9 month anniversary date and I am only 1 pound away from goal. I am down a total of 138 pounds. This is just utterly amazing to me.
I just can't wait to take this last pound off.
It is amazing to me to think that I went from a 46 inch waist to a 32 inch waist in such a very short period of time.
The hard work, dedication and focus and really paid off.
One more pound and my real journey will begin, which is to keep the weight off.
