HI everyone,
I just wanted to let everyone know. I am five years out today..
I feel great and have luckily had none of the complications you hear so much about on the board,  While I have not been the most sucessfull looser that fact that I feel good and am what most would consider healthy I am happy.. I have maintained a 100lb loss but would have been happier with another 50 lbs off. but I am ok.. I work everyday to get to where I want to be..
I am happy and I can't ask for more..
Enjjoy the journey and be happy with what ever it brings you .. Always stay postive and you will be healthy.
All my best.
