Gracie Knox is the so-called Pink Lady of Metuchen. She and her pink-and-white poodles live in a pink-and-white house on Sheraton Avenue with pink-and-white interiors; she drives a pink-and-white Lincoln Continental; and she dons pink attire daily without fail. The eccentric Pink Lady is especially popular among kids, who love to have their pictures taken with her!
