ANY ONE EVER HAD AN ENDO AWAKE ... TODAY I DID ALL MY TEST ARE DONE I SHOULD GET A DATE NEXT WEEK SOMETIME IM SO HAPPY

That is crazy.  You should be out cold for an Endoscopy.  I did it once when I was partially awake but only because I had the flu and my GI doctor was afraid to put me to sleep for fear of breathing problems.  Otherwise, I have had it a atleast a dozen times and all of them I have been totally out and wake up 10 minutes after it is over.

That seams a bit odd.  You are only put out lightly not like having surgery.   I had a stomach polyp removed while I was there...I think that would have been painful if I were awake! 

yea  i was shocked to they couldnt get an iv started so i was ok with    bein wake
