Denied By Blue Cross/Blue Shield

I have BC/BS and they approved me in 1 days. 
I do know that some policies are written to exclude weight loss surgery.
Maybe if you talk to your HR person they can help you out or at least explain why. Maybe they changed the policy after you started with the requirements
I had my surgery done by Dr Triveti 2 1/2 years ago and he is a very good surgeon.

i had to purchase my own plan of insurance look into to oxford health ask your doc what else can u do sorry to heare that i feel ur pain
