Liquid Diet pre op not really liquid?

No it wasnt too much information.  I really appreciate you taking the time to give me so many details.  I am afraid that I will have the same problem with excercise..I have a desk job and commute an hour each way ..sometimes work 7 days a week so I am usually exhausted.  Congrats on your weight loss!  Nobody should be flaming anyone.  Life is hard enough!  Talk again soon!
