You need to be taking your multi vitamin 2 times per day. You also should be taking your calcium 3 times per day, as we need to take 1500mg - 1800mg per day. What is your vitamin D level? You aren't taking much vitamin D. 3,000 units of D3 is very little. 75% of adults are vitamin D deficient. How is your iron and ferritin? I see you don't take any iron.
Thanks so much for the info. I'll post these concerns to my surgeon and see what he says. I do see docs for when I got the surgery that says 2x a day for the calcium and 1 multi a day. I also get another 800 units of vitamin D from the calcium pills total, so D-3 is really 3,800. My D was low and went into the lower normal range when I was taking 2,800 a day and I wanted to get more in the middle so I went to 3,800. My iron and ferritin is fine, I just can't recall the exact numbers now. There were no concerns actually from my 3 month bloodwork a little over a month ago.
