FREE WEEK AT THE YMCA

Hello all!!  Just wanted to let everyone know that the Lakeland Hills Family YMCA - Mountain Lakes is having a free week!  There will be giveaways including a year long membership free and a 40 in HDTV.  There will also be extra fitness classes during the week. February 20th - 28th.

I just thought it would be cool for anyone who wanted to jump start the fitness side of this adventure we are all going through.
