Please mark your calendars for a special anniversary celebration! You are cordially invited to be part of the festivities! First Saturday Support of Union County is going to be 3 years old on Saturday March 6. The group started in March of 2007 at Muhlenberg Hospital and now meets at RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center in Scotch Plains. It was founded to fill a need for a peer to peer support group and has grown to include a wonderful group of people who travel from as far south as Mercer County to as far north as Clifton on a monthly basis. Next month's events will begin at 10:30 and we will have a special guest speaker, Susan Greeley, who will discuss nutrition and weight management.
