Wow! In one month?! Congratulations to YOU!
Just so you know, I am about seven pounds away from my goal and I am still in the "overweight" range (and on the high end). The doctor explained to me that when we have been extremely heavy over a long period of time, our infrastructure (bone, muscle, cartilige, and obviously skin) grow to accomodate the extra weight. Therefore, our "ideal" weight has to be adjusted after achieving massive weight loss. I'm 5' tall, and I was told my "ideal" weight is about 140 - 145, not the low 100's like the charts say.
So, I'm going by clothing size more than anything.
