Thanks DJ. I see we both had Dr Garrison for our surgeon. I will heed your advice about the slipping back to bad foods. I am only 2 months out, but I am very committed to eating the right things. I find that being diabetic helped me understand nutritionally what to do and with the tool of the RNY I believe I am on the right path to that good nutrition advice I received from the endocrinologist.
