Forgetful me!

I know it's been forever since I've posted on here, but I simply forgot how to change my avatar.  I am having trouble again and I can't figure out how to get my avatar to upload in the right size.  Can anyone help me out?

Also, my ticker password won't work and I know it's right so I must have just waited too long to go back in.  I am changing my ticker but can't figure out how to repost it with my posts...
Again, can anyone remind me????
