Do you have a "FULL" sign?

Not sure if how many times this has been discussed here, but I always find it fun – especially for the newbies …

How can you tell when you “have had enough" to eat – I mean besides the “full" feeling.

I can tell because I get two big (silent) “burps" (one right after the other). That’s when I know my body it telling me “time to quit eating".

Good Luck on your Journey !!

Tom

I have had the hiccups and the runny nose syndrome in the past - unfortunately I don't get either much anymore :-(

When I'm full I sneeze. I know someone else who has had the surg, that also has the same reaction.

Sneeze when full...lol

I got the sneezes too for about the first year. Now it only happens occasionally. When it does, it means I took one bite too many, and I'm over the line. Luckily, I don't "toss cookies"; I just feel uncomfortable from eating too much. A couple of times I had extreme pain in my upper abdomen. But that is so awful, I do everything I can to avoid causing that.
