I want to share one I just invented this morning. This is what I had for breakfast and it was SOOOOO GOOD! Try it:
- 1/2 cup Fiber One Complete Pancake Mix (mix with water as directed)
- sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice in the batter
- slice 1/2 a small banana into the batter
- cook as directed (you can make one big pancake or 2 small ones)
- Top with sugar free syrup
- the rest of the banana sliced
- 2 tablespoons of Lite Whipped Topping (only 20 calories)
- some sliced almonds
OMG! It was sooo good! Hope you try it and enjoy. This will def. keep me full until lunch. I may not even need a snack today. Lol.
