WLS psychologist in south jersey(near delaware)?
Unless you have a particular history that dictates a Psychiatrist, a Psychologist will be accepeted.
I suggest contacting Michael L. Sakowitz, Ph.D. is a psychologist (NJ 35SI00148700) and member of ObesityHelp's Mental Health Board
He may be far from you, but it’s worth the trip.

I too have BCBS and was refered to this In-Network office, where i was told I needed to pay $525 upfront before I could see the nutritionist/psychologist, mind you my copay is $0. And after recieving my EOB, I am now charged with the task of collecting $250 back from this Institute.
Please be mindful, when asked to pay all this money up front.
When I spoke with the customer service at BCBS they were surprised I was asked to pay upfront at all. The responsiblity to collect what is due to me, falls on me entirely.
