Is there a support group at Hackensack University Med Ctr?

Hi, everyone.

Does anyone have info re the dates for the post op support group at HUMC? 

When you access their Bariatric homepage, they direct you back to the physicians' offices.  When I call mine I'm told to call the hospital - had to ask for the number.  The website says the next one is March.  The operator thought the first Thursday; the concierge says the first Wednesday.

There is nothing on their online calendar.

Egads.  Yes, this info from Hackensack University Medical Center.  I wrote to their former CEO
and his assts about the site months ago.

ANYONE OUT THERE ACTUALLY ATTEND?

Yes I have been there.  It is the 1st Thursday of the month.  It was very helpful for me.  I am probably going to miss the next one because my surgery is Monday but I plan on attending again.

It starts at 6:30 pm and yes all types of wls attend.  Good luck!!!!
