Dr. Daniel Davis (Valley Center for WLS)

 Hi everyone, 

I am hoping (and praying, and crossing my toes & fingers) that I'll get approved for RNY July 20th. 

Is anyone here a patient of Dr. Daniel Davis? If so, how did you heal? Did you have a drain? How are you feeling today?  

I am so nervous about the drain! Lol it looks painfulllll

Any info, greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!

I'm not a patient of Dr. Davis, but I had a drain and it was not a problem at all.  Drain was not painful at all.  Just kind of a hassle when you use the restroom or shower because you will be so afraid to accidentally pull it.

Hi Lauren -
I used Dr. Davis for RNY - and had no drain.....my recovery was great.  I was surprised at how easy and fast I recovered.  My scars as so small you cannot even see them. 
I have had no complications whatsoever - and have lost 160 pounds and have kept it off for over a year.  I have no issues with eating or drinking. I'm so happy I had the surgery.... it was the best thing i ever did for myself.
 I love Dr. Davis.... you are in good hands, best of luck with surgery and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.....
