KENNEDY BARIATRIC PATIENTS OF NURSE FRED 4E

Reaching out to all Kennedy Bariatric Patients!! Some sad news. Everyone who was on the JFK Kennedy bariatric wing 4E remembers Fred, he was caring and giving. I just heard some sad news, Fred is in Hospice with terminal cancer, he is not conscious at this time and not expected to last the week. We would like to do something for his family to show that we are greatful and thankful for having Fred as our Nurse and for allowing us to get to know Fred. Fred will leave behind his wife and 2 children 15 & 11 years old. I will be circulating a card or accepting cards at our next Kennedy Bariatric Support group meeting June 29th. Sad news- Nurse Fred Repsik 4E Passed away Thursday May 27, 2009 at the age of 46 from Cancer. Services are scheduled for Tonight Friday May 29th at Sacred Heart Roamn Catholic Church, Kings Hwy, Mt. Ephraim, NJ 6-9PM and Saturday 5/30 Mass at 10:00 AM.

 I did not know him, but my prayers are with his family.  It is so kind of you to reach out on his behalf...god bless.
