Yogurt Question???

greek yogurt has tons of protien, so you can eat less and get lots of protien
it is very thick so you can use it  like sour cream
when you are further out you can flavor it with savory spices
now you could put sugar free syrups in it or splenda
try blending it in the blender and making a smoothie
the sugars are natural milk sugars if you get the unflavored
chobani is one brand, fage another, trader joes makes one
I eat it a lot, 18 grams of protien in a small serving works for me

Would love to hear about your potato soup!  ANd if it came out awesome..... the recipe?  lol....

For Yogurt, I usually have Yoplait Nonfat...  but a lot of the flavors have bvits of fruit.  I will have to be careful of that.  Vanilla is always a good flavor to go with!
