Morris County Meet 'N Greet

Let's decide on a date and place.  Do we want to do a dinner or a lunch on a weekend day?  Either is fine with me. All I ask is that it not be the weekend of June 6th.  Sugggestions:  Applebees in Parsippany; Chili's in Parsippany; Panera Bread on Route 10 in Denville. Any other ideas? Of course, everyone is welcome - you do not have to live in Morris County to attend.

How about Saturday June 13 (I get out of work at 1:00 p.m. so I'll be there around 1:30 if ok).

There is also Harold's - which is a bit expensive - but  the food portions are huge. Which could mean "sharing" (which they promote) - or a lot of left overs.

on Route 46: There is also an Outback and Longhorn  - but many can't do red meat. There is the TGI Friday. Fuddruckers. Bennigans. There is also a new Chinese (International) Buffett. It's eatiable, but not outstanding. They have almost everything for everyone. There is a better one on Route 10 in the Hanover area.

Chevy's is on Route 10.

And there are a lot of diners close by too.

June 13th works for me. Any of the places you mentioned is okay with me except Bennigans (no longer in business).  I personally prefer to stay away from buffets. 

Agreed -buffets make me sick (and did pre-op).   Also, Applebee's makes me sick too.  If we could NOT do Applebee's and a buffet, I would be thrilled.

All of those are close to me, so I don't care - maybe a lunch that day?  Let me just check my daughter's schedule and make sure there is nothing going on that day!

Okay - so we know where we aren't going - no buffets and no Applebees. Any of the others is fine with me too.

I think I can actually make it.  Soccer, lacrosse, dance and softball are over.
I can eat almost anything unfortunately. 
Hunan Taste in Denville has a private room.  Also Heritage Grill in Denville has an upstairs room with lots of seating that could accomodate. 

I can eat almost anything too. Both of those places or good although parking in downtown Denville could be an issue with Heritage Grill - depending upon how many people are coming.

Good point.  Denville can be a ***** to find parking.

I would love to attend a Morris County Meet 'N Greet but June 13th is out for me - actually most of June is out for me but count me in for the next time!!

I know Denville is famous for horrible parking, but I was trying to think of restaurants where we could have a room or section to ourselves.  When some of us met at Wegmans it was nice becasue they have a huge balcony area and we could all take over a section.

does anyone know of a place like that?
