Good morning!!! I did alot of yard work this weekend and felt good afterwards, no shortness of breath
Achy this morning but it is a good ache from working out, drank lots of water. The weather was great. Have a nice day!!!

 Im sore cause my water bottle froze so now I have to keep getting up for water at work (non-lazy girl in training). You have great day also Linda
