A great Psychologists is Dr. Sakowitz. Dr Mike (as I like to call him) often posts on this forum (and is a member of the OH Mental Health Board). If you want, I can send you his info.
Good luck - and like you I recommend staying far away from the Kingsley Institute.

I just had my nut appt this week, and was really happy with her. She is in Hamilton- if you consider that central Jersey. Her name is Stacy Warringer, Cassara Consulting 609-585-8400. They participate with most insurances. She was really nice, and said at my pre-op visit she will give me samples of a bunch of different proteins.
