I would really like to see you go on the Band board..I learn sooo much from those people,they have helped me prepare for my surgery as good as my surgical team. I learnt a great reciepe today for the mushie stage, and I write em down,cause I know I'll get bored with that stage if I don't change it up. Just want you to have a good journey...

I always tell people in NJ to come to the LapBand forum as well as the Realize forum.  The LapBand forum seems to have the most posts so I learned so much that I don't think I would have been as successful as I have been without it!  I still come here but I'm there 90% of the time.

I agree. I check in here regularly as it's nice to see that there are people close to home going through this too. But the Lap Band Board is where I've learned the most and have gotten the most information.
