looking for information/opinion on dr neff
I believe it is Monday, March 30th. I am pretty sure it is 7pm, at Stratford hospital.
The nutritionist is Val -- at Stratford as well. I think she comes to the meeting as well. I lover her -- I find her to be very kind and supportive. I wouldn't have given her $200 if I didn't. I am going to try and make the meeting this month...so far I am off at Block so it should be a go.

14 pounds lost before surgery. My first ticker is when I hit onderland: this was my goal when I started on this journey. I want to focus on that right now...once I get there I can reevaluate.
My second ticker is my dream goal. Even if I only visit there for a short time, it would be nice to see that number just once. I am pretty sure I'll need plastics to hit this goal.
