These are a waste of $$$ and they contain too much sugar and not enough protein. My nutritionist said that bars are best for emergencies. Stick to regular whey protein shakes they are much better for you and much cheaper too.
My NUT also said to be careful of bars. I use them when traveling or when i go to fast food with my kids. I figure a bar is better that snitching french fries or eating a cheeseburger. Though we do limit the fast food thing.
