New Year's Resolution - Attend January 10th Support in Union County

Hi All! As we enter 2009, let's make a resolution to attend support group meetings. You really learn alot and can make some great friends who will become invaluable to you in your weight loss/maintenance journey. My group, First Saturday Support, will meet again on Saturday, January 10 at 10:30 at the RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center, 2120 Lamberts Mill Rd., Scotch Plains. The facility is conveniently located off Exit 135 on the GSP on the borders of Clark and Westfield. It is a peer to peer support group and we welcome you to attend.
