appetite is back after 3 years .
Hi!
I'm Dr. J-B also (surgery scheduled on Monday 12/22). Do you have a before and after picture? If so, post them both on the frig. Keep your progress and hard work in front of your eyes as a reminder that you don't want to go back there!!!
Then find other ways of handling the stress - exercise, any hobbies?

Hi my name is nancy i am 3years 5 months and yes the honeymoon is over. At this point i have gained back 8 pounds and i hope to start to lose it. I will start to excersise this month. I will try to go back to all protein and small portions. I do not want to fail and the weight gain is making me feel that way. It scared me about 2 months ago i went to a support group meeting and there were people there that already had revisions done. Please god dont let that be me.Good luck
It seems like you see the onnection between your stress and your eating already....now the trick is to confront your stress in a way what will actually be of assistance! The food while it may make you feel a little better for a moment or two does not address the problem.
If it's about the sale of the house for examle, why not make a list of things that might made the house sell quicker, like painting the kitchen, and then do those things rather than eat.
Talking to frineds or exercise might leave you feeling better while distrating you from the food as well.
The issue you highlight is important for everone.
