Seeking Revision from band to bypass w United HEalthcare

I am in the process of seeking a bypass from a band...MY surgeon will be DR. Bilof and my insurance is United Healthcare EPO Plan.......Has anyone had any problems with this insurance?Anyone ever use Dr. Bilof? Just looking for feedback
