Holiday Party - First Saturday Support Group of Union County - All Welcome!

It's not too early to start partying for the holidays...so you're all invited to join in! Come for support, fun, food and lots more this Saturday, Dec. 6 at RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center, 2120 Lamberts Mill Rd., Scotch Plains. Will have free samples and light refreshments for you to try. We meet in the back conference room from 10:30 - 12:00. For anyone wishing to join us for lunch, we will be meeting at the Muscle Makers Grill in the gym immediately following the meeting! Lots of healthy fare at reasonable prices! This will be our last support group of 2008 and I hope to see lots of old and new faces! All are welcome, this is a peer to peer group, not affiliated with any hospital or doctor!!!!!!!!!! We welcome your ideas and suggestions and anything you want to bring to share, new products, samples, protein, etc. See you Saturday!
