Our good friend Norman Jones is co-chef at the Chesterfield Inn, and he is looking forward to meeting our friends from cyberspace! The idea of cooking for a bunch of folks *****vel in GOOD MEAT is just thrilling him no end. He's from Louisiana and it shows in his yummy creations.

I need to know two things from you:

1. That you are coming!! How many are you bringing with you?

2. Are you lusting after steak or prime rib? Sunday is not usually steak or prime rib night, but if there are requests in advance, Norman will be sure to have the appropriate meat available.
