hi, newbie here from ocean county nj, having surgery done at bayshore in holmdel nj, anyone else?

Phase 2: Weightlifting - Goal: Add 40 lbs of muscle. Completed 2/15/2011.

Not sure if you guys are aware... There is a support group at CMC on the first Friday of the month... This Friday... Everyone is welcome, it is there Holiday party, and everyone will be bringing a WLS friendly dish... I went last month, and the meeting was great...
