happy turkey
hello to all my jersey friends
i want to wish you a great holiday, hopefully you will be with family and friends for turkey day.
remember to celebrate the day for what it is, another day in our lives and on our wonderful journey.
i plan to taste what i can, unless its real high on sugar, like sweet potatoes. i will concentrate on protein first!!!
i will make a sugar free pumpkin mousse so i can indulge myself with dessert just like everyone else.
i will enjoy being with my two sons and husband, and my sons two cats, Lyra and Mystic.
and Friday I will wake up and continue the journey.
