WOW Moments, hmmmmmm
Well first of all thank you to all my wonderful friends here on OH! I wouldn't be where I am mentally if it weren't for you all. And especially the close few that I couldn't live without in my life!!!! You know who you are :)
My wow moment today was finally making it to 60 lbs down!!! And yes ladies, I can actually cross my legs now!!!! YEEEEE HAAAAA!!!!!
Getting a little more personal...another WOW moment for me was remembering that I actually CAN ENJOY SEX!!!!!!

Well first of all thank you to all my wonderful friends here on OH! I wouldn't be where I am mentally if it weren't for you all. And especially the close few that I couldn't live without in my life!!!! You know who you are :)

Stats are listed in my ticker below. OMG I have ALOT of wow's. Too many to even count, but here are the highlights:
No longer wearing a wide-width shoe! I went from a 10 W to a 9 M. Odd but true!
Being able to fit into a size 16-18 pants for the first time in 20 years!
Not being the fattest person in my group of close friends anymore. (And as a side note, the youngest person in our group--25!--gave ME clothes because SHE couldn't fit into them anymore!)
Fitting into a seat at the movies and having SPACE on each side between my butt and the chair arm!
Weighing less than DH for the first time in 6 years together. *** quite a bit less now lol)
Being able to WALK through Wal-Mart for almost an hour (not having to ride on a cart) and then going to the mall and walking for 2 more hours with NO BREAKS to sit down and NOT getting winded!!!
Going to AC for the evening and not having to rent a scooter. I actually out walked some of the friends in our group.
Making SEVERAL trips a day up & down the stairs in my house without getting short of breath. (Not so long ago I could barely make it once a day, much less several times).
Last week when my PCP said to me: "This time last year, I was more worried about your health than anyone else in your family (meaning DH and my 79 y/o FIL). Now you are healthier than the 2 of them put together." Brought tears to my eyes, even.
When my FIL was talking to one of our friends from out of state and he told them I was "becoming quite a hottie." (No, don't call Jerry Springer lol...it was just cute that he's 79 and used the word hottie).
The list goes on and on and on.....I LOVE MY RNY!!!!!!!
And I am SOOOOO thankful for all of you here at OH for your support and friendship. Love y'all!!! XOXO, Jen
