dry mouth/dehydrated

Okay this is a huge problem I'm having. I tend to be OVERLY dehydrated no matter how much water i drink throughout the day. My mouth is really dry and my lips are dry and im dying!

Does anybody have ANY idea how to stop this??

get chap stick for your lips and use it often

maybe get some sugar free candy to suck if you are really getting enough other fluids in.  sometimes that helps get over the rough spots

my first question to ask you -- are you on any medications?? if you are, then check them out for side effects

the only medication im on is singular for my asthma and that isn't a side effect for the medication. sugar free mints do not work and im currently trying out gatorade

I think what you have is called Ketosis.. ask your dr.. they may have a solution..
If what you have been trying isn't working
I do believe astma medicines do cause dry mouth.. so check that out on the net...
How about SF lifesavers.. they come in fruit flavors.. that may help...
but be sure to stay hydrated as best you can... because the sugar alcohols might effect you .
