SUPPORT GROUP, BEAT THE HOLIDAY BLUES

Last year I attended a 6 week support group that focused strictly on post ops 9 months or more.  It was very small (10 people).  What I liked about it was that each of these people had their surgeries in different places and each one of them brought a wealth of information to the table.

Here is the not so great part.  It was $180 for the sessions that was partial refunded by my insurance company. 

I bring this up now as I get e-mails from the facilitator and she is running a small group that  is going to deal with handeling the Holdiay Blues.   This particular workshop is not focused so much around food and eating but mored so on "staying centered and focused on the meeting of the holiday season for you."

The sessions are held in Haddonfield , NJ.
