Need your help obtaining Garden State Support Group listing:
Hey gang, One of the frequently asked questions on our board is where to find a support group? I am trying to go over past postings, to come up with a list of support groups and when they meet.
Eventually I would like to post a listing of all support groups through out our fine state - this way it would be convenient for everyone. That’s why I need your help.
Can you please tell me which support groups you know of, location, the day and/or time the classes are held, if they are open to “everyone” or to just patient's of specific doctors, free or fee, County, contact information, etc? So far, here is the list I have
BERGEN COUNTY:
Hackensack Hospital (in Hackensack) meeting is the 1st Thursday of the month from 6:30 - 8:00 PM Location: 30 Prospect Avenue Hackensack, New Jersey 07601

Holy Name Hospital (in Teaneck) meeting is the last Thursday of month

Englewood Hospital (in Englewood) use to have them. Not sure if they still do. Use to be on a Tuesday once a month Location: 350 ENGLE STREET, ENGLEWOOD, NJ 07631

MIDDLESEX COUNTY:
Saint Peter University Hospital (in New Brunswick): I think hold their meeting the 2nd Thursday of the month. Location: 254 EASTON AVENUE • NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ 08901

Raritan Bay Medical Center Perth Amboy Division - I am not sure how regular the meeting are held:

Morristown Memorial Hospital (in Morristown) meeting is the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m..

Chilton Memorial Hospital (in Pompton Plains): meeting is the 3rd Thursday of each month at

OCEAN COUNTY:
Community Medical Center (in Toms River) meeting is the 1st Friday of Each Month 7-9 p.m. Location: Community Medical Center – Auditorium A – Hospital Drive & Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ
Gloucester County Office of Education (in Sewell) - meeting is every other Wednesday at 7pm. Location: 1492 Tanyard Rd, Sewell, NJ 08080
Kimball Medical Center (in Lakewood): meeting is the 3rd Monday of Each Month 7-9 p.m. Location: Center for Healthy Living 198 Prospect Street, Lakewood, NJ

Dr. Jean-Baptiste's support group is the third Thursday of each month from 5:30pm until 7pm. It is held (right now) at Kenyon House, corner of Park Avenue and Randolph Road, Plainfield, NJ. (the building is right next to Muhlenberg Medical Center)
