OH seminar
It really was a great day! I agree with Laura, my highlight was definitely Beth and Michelle. They were fantastic and very inspiring. It's great to know that we can still have amazing food and eat right. I will be trying many of their recipes over the next few months.
It was wonderful meeting so many of you! Its great to match faces to screennames and avatars...although at times very difficult!!! lol
Hope to see you all again soon...and keep posting!
