Surgery Today!! Freaked out!

Hi all,

I've been lurking and learning a lot from all of you wonderful people.  I have to leave in about an hour and I'm a little FREAKED OUT!!!!  I don't feel prepared for this life changing event.  I've been so emotionally attached to food forever, that I'm afraid I won't be able to change.

Forgive me if I freak out anyone else.  I've been told I won't be hungry, and I kind of believe it, however, most of my weight issues weren't really about physical hunger...

Just rambling...keep a good thought for me today if you happen to read this.  Thanks!

Your not freaking me out. I haven't had my LBS yet but I'm the same as you I don't necessarily eat because of physical hunger. Good Luck and I'll be thinking of you today. Can't wait to here how it went!
