Finally sleeved!

Hi Jersey folks,
Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm a little over a week out from VSG surgery and feeling great.  My recovery has been obscenely easy and pain-free.  I would like to start attending the Perth Amboy support group and I'll also be going to the OH Philly event, so I hope to meet some of you soon.  Anyone attend the Perth Amboy support group?  How is it?  Are there any other VSG patients there?

Good Luck with your WLS!!  Look for the Jersey folks at lunch in Philly....  I know everyone's trying to make a plan to get together!    As for the support group,  I think you'll find mostly bands and bypasses....  sleeves and DS'ers at the rare birds, not the norm  (YET!)....    Again, I wish much success and good health!  Mary C

Thanks, Mary!  I'll keep an eye out for the Jersey crowd in Philly!  We're trying to get a sleeve group going in NYC, so I hope that takes off.
