Thanks for the advise. I actually started doing two shakes a day and already lost 1 lb in two days. Which is great. I don't really like any protein shakes other then Unjury....I just can't do the ready to drink ones. I just get sick on them. But I will keep the shakes up to help with the weight loss.
Have you tried Designer Whey? I love that stuff, the chocolate caramel peanut is the best! I add a frozen banana and use soy milk, 8th continent lite. It's so thick and creamy. I have a great recipe I would share if you wanted. I never cared for Unjury. I also like making smoothies with frozen fruit and a little yogurt.
