Has anyone had...

surgery with one doctor and switched to another doctor for aftercare or fills? Do docs take on other patients that they didn't perform surgery on..just askin'. Thanks.

I did switch docs after surgery, not because I didn't like my first doc (I actually loved him and his staff) but because he did not do fills under fluro and I'm one of those people that just couldn't get a proper fill.  Good luck.

Well that's actually my point..I'm considering getting surgery with a very good Qdoctor who is fairly close by...which I think is important for all the appts before the surgery and immediatley following, however he doesn't use floro everytime you get a fill, which I know can cause inaccurate fills. Someone actually who used him has had this problem. So I think I will have surgery with him and do the first fill with him, since he does it with floro and the travel a bit farther for the fills for my second fill and beyond..any opinions?
