I DID UNJURY FOR A WHILE, THEY ARE REALLY GOOD SPECIALLY CHOCOLATE. I ALSO DO ATKINS STRAWBERRY AND CHOCOLATE DELIGHT. THEY HAVE ONLY 15g of PROTEIN BUT THE FLAVOR IS EXCELLENT, I COMPLEMENT IT WITH A PROTEIN BAR (WHICH ARE FANTASTIC TOO).

HOPE IT HELPS!

In the beginning, I used ready to drink from either worldwide protein (trader joe's and vitamin shoppe carry these) others i like are muscle milk lite and EAS carb control ready to drink. As for powders, I used All The Whey, store brand from vitamin world and designer whey. Designer Whey chocolate, caramel peanut is my favorite...I make it with soy milk, add some ground golden flax seed and sf syrup and ice. I also add powdered PB from Bell Plantation. I think you have to add things to the protein powder to dress it up and make it more like a milkshake. I always add soy or skim milk. Sometimes I put in some g reek yogurt too. Making it in the blender is better than using the hand held shaker.

I'm so there with ya.  In the beginning I had a HORRIBLE time finding a protein shake.  I finally got addicted to Nectar Fuzzy Navel mixed with Tropicana Sugar Free Orangeade drink.  It ends up about 95 calories and 23 grams of protein.  If you ever had a Fuzzy Navel drink, that's what it tastes like.  I still drink two a day.  I love, love, love it! LOL  I put about 10 oz of orangeade in my Magic Bullet, add a scoop of Fuzzy Navel and pulse it about 10-12 times.  I also liked the Orange Creamsicle but I can't remember who makes it.  I love sweet. :)

Good luck!
