need NNJ dr. accepting non HMO Medicaid

I am in northern NJ, Essex county, and have non-HMO Medicaid insurance.  Does anyone know of a doctor who accepts this in my area?  Thank you!

You can try Advanced Laproscopic in Florham Park.  I am not familiar with the different types of Medicaid but believe they take Medicaid patients.

All you have to do is call Medicaid, and they should be able to give you a list of surgeons in your area.  My friend is going to Dr. Onopchenko, he takes non-medicaid, but he is in South Jersey.  If you look on this site under bariatric surgeons, you may be able to find a surgeon just by calling them yourself.   Dr. Onopchenko is also on the list.  Hope this was helpful.  Good-Luck!!!!
