Congratulations

My advise is to stock up on some insirational reading material for your recovery.  The first week, when I was healing and couldn't do much but sip, sip, sip and walk, walk, walk...I experienced head hunger. I didn't necessarily want food, I was just angry that I couldn't have it (spoiled child that I am). I found every tv commercial had to do with eating, so whenever I became angry, I would go to a corner and read my back issues of Obesity Help and Weight Loss Surgery Lifestyle magazines. The inspirational stories kept me focused and remembering all the reasons I chose weight loss surgery. It really helped and I am thrilled that I had this amazing surgery today.

Please keep us posted on your progress!
