If anyone saw my Post Need Advise!!!

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to let you know, that I spoke with someone higher up at my job.  They said that they were going to speak to my boss, because this should not be happening, because I am an exceptional worker.  So after he talked to him, my boss and his girlfriend are kissing my ass.  I feel really good.  Just want too let everyone know.

     I was so glad when you added information & said you were temp but was hired on by that company over a year and a half ago....(if you were still a temp- it might have let that woman succeed)....

    So- get back to work & try not to smile too wide when you pass that woman...

if you ever feel like you are being harrassed or descriminated against, make sure you document everything you are going through. You need to keep a notebook to document what happened who said what and who you talked to. If your job has an HR dept you should always talk to them and let them konw how you feel. It is good you went to a higher up and have felt like things have been changing. I would still be careful to document everything just for your own protection. the dept of labour has info also on what to do.
