Help!

I had the lapband 2 months ago, I was doing great until I was hospitalized with a skin infection in my leg. The doctors never really gave me answers and sent me home once they though it was cured. I was still doing great still losing. I went to get my band tightened and still just went about my days. But I felt I wasn't losing any weight anymore, so I went to my doctor yesterday and he told me I am retaining fluids and actually put back on weight from the water. My leg infection I think is comming back as well. I am going to see a cardiologist Wed. to see about the fluid. Has anyone had complications similar. It is very depressing.

Sam..I do not have personal experience with the band but I have a family member that has and she has never had this complication...You may get more responses posting your inquiry on a Lap Band Forum...
