Hi everyone!  In a few days I willbe moving into the mushy food, pureed stage.
Any suggestions for food?  Anything that sat well with you?
Thanks

Hi Laura

I pureed almost anything!

It really depends on what you can tolerate - it's trial & error.    If you have any unflavored protein mix, you can puree that with your food to get your protein in also!

I did lots of things, at first, SF puddings, baked beans, chicken, tuna fish.  I even tried Ravoili (DON"T do that one!!!)   Cottage cheese is a good item.  Remember if you puree and the item is too dry, you can add a little moisture by adding Fat free Chicken broth.  Just add enough to make it soft - or you can us a little water too.

I found B&M Baked beans with No Sugar Added and pureed that - although the carbs might be too high for you.

Good Luck!

feel like I drink and eat all day long but it adds up to so little.  Getting the protien in though.
Tried a scrambled egg today and it sat ok.  Wasnice ot eat something that is not sweet.
I am going to try refried beans, fat free tomorrow.  I will stay away from ravioli. LOL
Thanks!
