food stages
Hi Laura
I pureed almost anything!
It really depends on what you can tolerate - it's trial & error. If you have any unflavored protein mix, you can puree that with your food to get your protein in also!
I did lots of things, at first, SF puddings, baked beans, chicken, tuna fish. I even tried Ravoili (DON"T do that one!!!) Cottage cheese is a good item. Remember if you puree and the item is too dry, you can add a little moisture by adding Fat free Chicken broth. Just add enough to make it soft - or you can us a little water too.
I found B&M Baked beans with No Sugar Added and pureed that - although the carbs might be too high for you.
Good Luck!
